Drew Bisping - Board Advisor

Drew is a board member and former CEO with a proven track record of scaling private equity-backed service businesses into national platforms. He brings deep expertise in value creation through M&A, greenfield expansion, and disciplined operational execution across multi-site organizations.

He spent more than 17 years with BluSky Restoration Contractors, where he helped grow the business from a single location in Denver, to a national enterprise with 61 locations and 1,600 employees. Over his tenure, he held multiple senior leadership roles—including Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Operating Officer, and Chief Corporate Development & Strategy Officer—and played a key role in guiding the company through three successful private equity transactions.

As CEO, Drew led a period of accelerated growth, expanding the company’s footprint through a combination of nine acquisitions and multiple greenfield launches while also strengthening profitability and organizational infrastructure. He built and institutionalized M&A and integration capabilities, ensuring consistent execution and realization of growth synergies across acquired businesses.

Drew’s board and advisory perspective is grounded in hands-on operating experience. He is particularly focused on helping private equity sponsors and founder-led businesses scale regionally or nationally by aligning strategy with execution. His areas of expertise include:
