Jerry Schill - Board Advisor

 Jerry is the Founder and CEO of Schill Grounds Management, a leading provider of commercial landscape management and winter services across North America. He founded the company in 1993 and, in 2012, led a strategic transformation to focus exclusively on commercial grounds management with a vision to build the industry’s undisputed market leader.

Under his leadership, the company has grown into one of the largest and most respected commercial landscape platforms in North America. Since 2020, Jerry has led an accelerated expansion strategy, completing 19 strategic acquisitions and scaling the organization into a multi-state and Canadian platform with more than 1,800 team members across twelve brands, united as the Schill Landscape Collective. This growth has been driven by a disciplined approach to profitable organic expansion, strong client retention, and a commitment to building long-term relationships with both clients and team members.

Known for his values-driven, people-first leadership style, Jerry is actively involved in several national and regional landscape and snow and ice management associations. He also plays an active role in national legislative efforts impacting the industry, advocating for policies that drive positive, long-term change across the landscape and winter services sectors.

Jerry is deeply committed to community impact and, alongside his children, co-founded Holiday Feast, an annual initiative that provides thousands of meals to underserved families throughout the Cleveland area.
