Matt Maley - Vice President of Growth

Matt Maley brings more than two decades of business development, capital formation, and relationship-building experience to Iconic Founders Group, where he leads the firm's growth strategy.  As a founder himself, he knows what leading a business is like firsthand.

Matt has spent his career in engineering, construction, and architecture - the same world as Iconic's clients. Most recently, he served as a business development leader for a large Colorado-based general contractor, pursuing commercial projects across the Rocky Mountain region and beyond. Prior to that, he was a partner and managing principal at a real estate development firm, which he helped grow from a single project into a diversified development company, overseeing capital formation, due diligence, and project strategy. Earlier in his career, he also led the business development departments for an oil & gas developer as well as an M/E/P engineering firm. 

Based in Denver and a graduate of Metropolitan State University of Denver, Matt remains an active alumnus and in 2021 was honored as Philanthropist of the Year for his leadership in establishing the Matthew P. Campbell Endowment Scholarship.
